How do I track my order? 

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for processing on all orders. 

What if I received the wrong item? 

Please email us at info@cocowo.co.uk. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item. 

What do I do if I put the wrong address? 

You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

However, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

How do I take care of my swimwear? 

Gentle hand wash in cold soapy water then rinse in cold water. Hang dry or leave flat to dry in shaded area.
