EXCHANGE POLICY

Coco Wo does not offer refunds, we run an Exchange Only policy as we are a UK based made-to-order womenswear brand. 
If there is a problem with an order that relates to a production issue, incorrect sizing or the fit isn't right, we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Coco Wo when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If  the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at info@cocowo.co.uk
